If the meeting goes well and we feel there’s a strong fit, we will invite you to complete an assessment to further evaluate your skills and compatibility with our team.

In an assessment, you will answer 12 questions based on real-life customer service scenarios. We evaluate your empathy, creativity, positivity, and grammar. If you perform well on the assessment and are among the top candidates, we will invite you for an interview at our office in Amsterdam.

You will visit our office in Amsterdam for a next conversation. During this meeting, we will further discuss the position and what it entails. We will take the opportunity to evaluate whether you are a good fit for the role and our team. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have and to gain deeper insights into our company culture and expectations.
